PBS is the most trusted institution in America, (above the US court system and newspaper publishers!) So it was an honor to travel to their Washington DC headquarters to help them formulate a new digital strategy.
Working with Karen Reed from IPK, we spent a week interviewing key stakeholders and team members and uncovered a complex ecosystem of varied departments, each of them with brilliant ideas for how to capitalize on opportunities in the digital realm.
We spoke with broadcasters, fundraisers, marketers, brand strategists, tech teams and top-level executives then consolidated their input into a comprehensive presentation with recommendations for a new digital direction.
