If you’ve ever wanted a cush job, this is the place to look. My job was to make sure everyone knew it. A previous colleague of mine had landed a position there and was enjoying the luxurious hours and comfy benefits. There was some redesign work he needed help with, so he tried to lure me with a lot of talk about how great it was to work for a global mutual fund investment firm.

As it turned out, adding photos of their facilities, featuring some employee testimonials, and thoroughly describing their lovely benefits was all that was needed to give a major boost to their recruitment efforts. Though I was working within the constraints of an existing site architecture and style guide, there was still some room to give the site a visual upgrade while I was helping with their bigger objectives.
